Help us confirm the right appointment route
An appointment request is reviewed before a slot is confirmed. The clearest enquiries include the property or site postcode, the certificate or inspection needed, who can provide access and any deadline linked to a tenancy, renewal, sale, HMO licence, insurance request, commercial property file or organisation record.
Property and postcode
Include the full London address, flat, unit or site number, postcode and whether the enquiry is for a rented home, homeowner request, HMO, managed block, business premises or organisation site.
Certificate wording
List the requested services, such as gas safety, EICR, EPC, PAT testing, smoke alarm, fire alarm, emergency lighting, HMO records or commercial gas paperwork.
Access and timing
Send tenant, key-holder or site contact details, access restrictions, preferred dates and any deadline so the booking route can be confirmed with fewer delays.
Booking for several properties or sites?
Letting agents, property managers, commercial landlords, facilities teams and organisations can send a schedule of addresses, services, access contacts and deadlines. Keep each property or site on its own line so gas, EICR, EPC, HMO, fire, PAT or commercial compliance requests do not get mixed together.
- Address and postcode for each property or site
- Certificate list for each address
- Tenant or key-holder contact
- Preferred timing and deadline
Booking FAQs
Is the form an automatic confirmed appointment?
No. The form sends an appointment enquiry. We review the postcode, service needed, access details and deadline, then confirm the suitable appointment route by phone or email.
What details should I include when booking?
Include the full address and postcode, certificate or inspection required, property type, access contact, preferred dates and any renewal, tenancy, licence, sale, insurance or handover deadline.
Can I request several certificates for one property?
Yes. List every certificate needed for the same address. Combined enquiries are useful where gas safety, EICR, EPC, PAT, fire safety or HMO records are due around the same time.
Can an agent, manager or organisation book for someone else?
Yes. Provide the landlord, management, facilities or site contact, tenant or key-holder details, access notes and the certificate list for each property or premises. For portfolios, send each address separately.
What if I am not sure which certificate is required?
Send the wording you have been given by the council, agent, insurer, buyer, tenant or property manager. We can use that wording with the property type and postcode to check the best starting route.
